Recently we have completed the extension project: in Balham,London
Works included:

- council approval,
- construction works including removal 2 existing bearing-walls,
- fitted new kitchen to single storey rear extension including complete internal refurbishment.
- fitted under stair utility room
- new electrics, water, heating & plumbing,
- internal replaster and decoration,
- building inspector control-approved.
All above works undertaken has been completed in the agreed time frame
